About Owner
Dr. Danine Huff Romero is a native Delawarean. She is very creative, innovative, and value driven. Dr. Huff fosters a teamwork-friendly
atmosphere with high integrity. She thrives in diverse environments
with an entrepreneurial spirit and best-in-class service.
In 2014, her 18-month-old firstborn son was diagnosed with Autism
Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She instantly became an advocate for his
needs. She began collecting data, best practices, and antidotes to
share with those in the autism community. Her experiences left her
wanting to provide inspiration and administer information and services for underserved autistic people, their families, and communities while fostering deeper engagement and understanding of day-to-day life experiences.
Professionally, Dr. Huff is a Marketing and Business Systems Technology leader employed at Public Financial Management (PFM). She champions and drives approaches for application and system development efficiently and productively. She is a business liaison who can keenly dialogue and translate requirements to technical resources for designing and reengineering workflows and processes. Dr. Huff uses a collaborative approach with middle through executive-level management. She is goal-focused and results-oriented, with a proven record of increased user adoption, quality data management, and successful project implementations. She is acknowledged for her ambition, upward character, and desire to deliver solutions that maximize business value.
